We have worked with User Vision since 2004 on improving the Careers Scotland web offering. Our new website represents the culmination of three years of hard work to improve the usability and accessibility of the site and ensure it is truly customer focussed. The results of the recent survey indicate that this hard work has produced significant results for Careers Scotland and much of this is due to putting in place the improvements recommended by User Vision.
