Course Overview

In the modern marketplace, companies have a legal responsibility to ensure that their websites are accessible to users with disabilities. It also makes good business sense to make your products and services available to as wide a range of customers as possible.

This one day course provides a comprehensive introduction to web accessibility, the main difficulties disabled users face when using the web, the main assistive technologies they use and the measures you need to take to make your site accessible.
Through the use of real examples, you will gain valuable knowledge that you can integrate into your own operations to ensure your offering is accessible to all.

The course was extremely interesting and very useful. It has clarified a lot of dark areas on Usability and IA and really inspired us to go out there and start applying new techniques with our clients and educate them on the importance of IA and Usability testing.
