Drawing on User Vision's extensive experience in helping government organisations make their online channel highly usable, Chris will be providing a detailed overview of the challenge of citizen centred online government services.  He will be providing examples of best practice from local and central government, including the information architecture challenge of offering a wide variety of services to a very diverse audience.  He will also offer advice on the best ways to research and improve the user experience during site design and management, applying various methods to improve insight to citizens and effective designs.
